Getting More From Your GP Practice

There is a new contract for GP practices that may change the way they will be providing care for you. The leaflet below is for people with a diagnosis of schizophrenia and manic depression (also known as bipolar disorder) and for anyone involved in supporting them.

The new NHS Dorset came into being on 1 October 2006. The Trust was formed by the merger of North Dorset Primary Care Trust, South West Dorset Primary Care Trust and South and East Dorset Primary Care Trust.
